At BUNICS, we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issue, or you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No cost when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
But when the customer purchased the wrong color or size or they no longer want the item, in this case, customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
All orders can be cancelled within 6 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the orders can no longer be cancelled or changed.
NOTE ** Upon the cancellation of any order, the Shipping Fee or Discounted amount will not be Refunded.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember the refund may take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You are not eligible for a refund if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost)
