Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bunics.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect the items for any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. If you notice any such issues, please contact us immediately, providing relevant details, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it promptly.

How will customers obtain the return label?

Customers can easily download and print the return label provided by us.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Fee

If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any way, there will be no cost associated with the return shipping.

However, if the customer purchased the wrong color, size, or simply no longer wants the item, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at contact@bunics.com.

Order Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If you need to make changes or cancel an order that has been paid for, please contact us within this 6-hour timeframe. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, we regret to inform you that orders can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Please note that upon cancellation of any order, the shipping fee or discounted amount will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

You are not eligible for a refund if:

- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Our Store (e.g., not cleared by your country's customs, delayed by a natural disaster, marked as "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped to your mailbox but got lost).
