Was a smart move to order before back surgery. Now I have to walk no more than a few feet to TCB in bedroom! Holds quite a bit of refuse before emptying. Strong and nearly odor proof. Built a 2-1/2" riser to give it extra height. Currently repairing home plumbing...

Best thing since the toilet was invented!
I put this toilet in the back of my mini van. We went across country (coast to coast) with 5 of us in the car over 5 days. It was amazing! The kids just climbed into the back of the mini van to use it. They had total privacy. No yucky COVID ladren gas station bathrooms for us! It was especially awesome considering that most fast food places have their lobbies closed. I used the scent and the enzyme tablets that other mentioned. Easy to empty. Used RV toilet paper and it was all liquified. Used an RV dumping station at our last stop to dump most of it, then cleaned it out at our arrival.
It was comfortable. Didn’t smell at all. I am going to keep this in the back of my mini van forever for emergencies. Would highly recommend to anyone who hates using dirty public restrooms.

We needed to find a solution for traveling that gave us flexibility to address the need to go when the next exit is 10 miles away.
Utilizing the depth created by the minivan’s third row floor, this toilet created the perfect portable potty for kids and adults. With the short third row seat flat and tinted windows, we had a clear path to climb to the back while staying inside the van so no one was the wiser what anyone was doing back there! We even used it in busy parking lots and no one even looked our way. This toilet is just the perfect amount of height that I could comfortably sit on it without feeling that it’s too low and with the Toyota Sienna and my 6’1” height my head doesn’t touch the van headliner at all.

Sturdy, big enough for comfort, small and light enough for carrying
I waited until we had used it enough times to write a review. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and so does everyone who has used it. Bought it so we could avoid having to get out of the tent in the middle of the night to answer nature's call outside and to avoid having to use latrines in rustic campgrounds or restrooms in modern ones, especially during these times of COVID-19 and social distancing. We did not want to have to use common areas, especially those types of areas.
We have a very big tent and we reserved an area just for this purpose (we use our tent divider to separate this designated area from the rest of our living space to put it that way.) We have gone only on weekend trips and we used Bio-Pak deodorizers and waste digester drop-ins (alpine fresh scent.) The days when it was hot, we could start to smell that typical smell of waste mixed with porta-potty smell after a full day of use. Not sure if the other scents could disguise that better. But the drop-ins were lifesavers. What I'm trying to say is that the potty will not retain all the smells. So you may want to consider using a tank deodorizer and waste digester. It also allows for better cleaning. This takes me to the next sub topic of my review of this potty.
I strongly recommend not throwing T.P. in the potty, only #1 and #2. You will find that if you throw the T.P. in a baggy instead of in the potty, it will be a lot easier to get it cleaned, especially if you're using the Bio-Pak. I'm giving the potty a 3-star rating for the cleaning aspect because no matter how hard I tried to completely empty it, it was impossible to get rid off all the water. The Bio-Pak took care of the human waste. But because the orange tube that you use to empty it is not flat with the base, some water stays inside. I tried to also get it out through the big hole through which things go down. Same problem. There's a rim for holding the gasket and for connecting the lower part to the upper part, which would be the seat and water tank. It locks the two main parts well. But because of that rim, you cannot get the water to slide out. It's not necessarily a bad thing. Without that rim, well, things could come out and that would not be pretty. I'm not a plumber or engineer. But perhaps a future design could find a way to get the remaining water a lot easier. (This is the reason why I didn't give it a 5-star review.)

5.0 out of 5 stars Very easy to set up and use for just about anyone.
I just became "single" again. WE had a compost toilet for about 8 years, and it served its purpose, but it was very heavy, and it was all I could do to empty it by myself, (I am female). My Ex had always emptied it when he was here, not to mention it was getting old, stained, and frankly disgusting. I wanted something I could handle myself, and that was new and clean. Well, I was really sweating for about 3 days emptying this toilet, because I didn't know what to expect as far as weight, and as far as solids "digesting," but it was full, and I had no other choice but to venture into emptying it. Much to my DELIGHT, it was SOOOOO much easier than emptying the compost toilet, which is just what I wanted. I am 71 years old, and I had no problem carrying the FULL bottom half outside of my RV to the dumping/sewer outlet next to my RV, and it all emptied out just fine. I was greatly relieved. It is very easy to set up, and also easy enough to empty. I especially like the little "sewer hose" in the back, because I can just put it in the outlet where a normal RV sewer hose would go if I was emptying a tank from the RV, and simply dump it, and voila - it's all gone. Then just simply put the deodorant in the bottom tank with a little water, fill the top part with water, and give it a couple of pumps, and it's ready to go again. I LOVE IT!!!! I can't believe how easy it is to operate, and even when it's full, even I can pick it up and carry it outside and dump it, and since I am the only person using it, I can probably go at least a week before I have to empty it. It's awesome. You won't be disappointed.

Bought this for my off grid cabin - The women love it! For the men I have an outhouse, though in winter with 3 feet of snow having an indoor alternative is never a bad thing. It is very easy to empty and the flush system works better than I expected. The women give it 5 STARS
I however gave it 3
The issue is the bowl is very small and shallow so if you are an adult male and you need to sit, your hanging junk touches the inside of the bowl. If you are OK with that then give it 5 stars.
